The Platte County Regional Sewer District will hold a rate hearing for the 2023 sewer rate on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. at our office. The proposed rate is in the document below:

The Supplemental Actuarial Valuation of Alternate LAGERS Benefits is below for public inspection. The Board of Trustees will not take any action to change LAGERS benefits for a minimum of 45 days from the date of this post (2 February 2022). After the 45 days, the Board may choose the alternate benefit presented in the report. The change would go into effect on the first day of the following month.

The Board of Trustees will have a hearing to discuss the sanitary sewer rate for 2019 on Wednesday, November 13th at 6:00pm at the PCRSD Office. The proposed sewer rate for 2019 is:

Base Charge $31.66 (unchanged from 2018)
User Fee $4.75 per 1,000 gallons (up $0.23 per 1,000 gallons from 2018)

For a customer using 4,000 gallons of water per month, the monthly bill would go up $0.92, an increase of 1.8%.
