Auto-pay via ACHCustomers interested in having their payment automatically withdrawn from their bank account may sign up for the ACH program. The outstanding balance will be automatically debited from the bank account on the 24th day of each month (or the next business day if the 24th falls on a weekend or holiday).
Rate AppealSometimes the average water consumption used to calculate sewer bills is not indicative of a customer's normal use. If a bill is believed to be incorrect because of a water leak or billing error, or if a new customer inherited a higher usage, one may complete a rate appeal form and submit to the PCRSD. Rate appeals that are granted will go into effect for the billing period in which it was received. With the exception of billing errors, rate appeals are not retroactive.

Tenant BillingProperty owners that rent may be interested in tenant billing. By completing the form below, the monthly sewer bill will be sent to the tenant occupying the property. Note: Completing this form does not absolve the property owner of responsibility should the tenant become delinquent. The property owner is ultimately responsible for the sewer bill and any charges incurred by the PCRSD to collect that amount.
