Residential Connection Permits

A residential connection permit is required for any new connection and for repairs of existing connections. The connection permit fee is $3,300.00 per unit with the following exceptions:

• For a new connection in Chapel Ridge and the Estates of Chapel Hill, the permit fee is $5,800.00.

For a repaired connection, the fee is $45.00 to cover the expenses associated with the inspection.
