Mission Statement​
It is the mission of PCRSD to protect the soil, water, and the general environment of Platte County through continued efforts to eliminate improper disposal of wastewater, thus protecting and reclaiming property values.

2026 Sewer Billing Update

Here are the sewer rates for the 2026 service year:
  • PCRSD customers (account numbers begin with 0001, 0002, 0011, or 0016)
    • Base rate $33.24 (no change from 2024)
    • Usage rate $6.00 per 1,000 gallons (up $0.50 from 2025)
  • City of Parkville customers (account numbers begin with 0020)
    • Base rate $20.87
    • Usage rate $9.87
​For residential customers, the water consumption averages used to calculate bills were updated for the January service period. Customers should see these changes in their bills printed in early February.

Paying Your Bill

You have different options to pay your sewer bill. Those include

  • Online
    Via the Municipal Online Payments link to the right
  • Automatic Drafts
    Complete the ACH form to have your payment automatically deducted from your bank account each month. Customers paying this way receive a $2.50 monthly discount.
