Collections Process
Customers with delinquent accounts will receive a certified letter from the District notifying them that they have 30 days to pay or establish a payment plan. Failure to do so will return in any of the following actions:
- Water service is disconnected through an agreement with partner water providers.
- A lien is filed against the property with the Recorder of Deeds.
- Sewer service is disconnected.
- Legal action
